Now you will be able to view 3D images and animations on your iPhone and iPod Touch with a new accessory ‘My3D’ developed by Hasbro. My3D will be offering 360-degree experience in gaming, virtual travel experiences and entertainment content aiming all age group audience. My3D resembles to a pair of binoculars with a slot to insert iPhone or iPod Touch.
Hasbro has teamed up with DreamWorks Animation to develop the content that can be used with the device. Hasbro have also done some collaboration with 3-D television network from Discovery, Sony and Imax and will display the content from these channels which are scheduled to come in next year. There will be special apps placed under all sections in Apple’s apps stores which can be downloaded for use. The price of the apps varies according to the content of the apps. There will be some free apps also.
Hasbro is second largest toy maker company, and will be providing the My3D binoculars for $30 staring from next spring at all stores where you can get Apple iPhone and iPod Touch. They have been supported by Apple to develop My3D. With this peripheral, now you can enjoy 3D animations. Games, movies sitting in your home and just with your iPhone or iPod touch.
