This is shocking and unbelievable!! No unlock for iPhone 4 in near future. Musclenerd from iPhone Dev Team has confirmed and announced that they currently don’t have any exploit to unlock iPhone 4 with basebands 02.10.04 and 03.10.01. But those who have preserved 01.59.00 can see the alternate approach of downgrading to this baseband and then unlocking it with utlrasn0w.
Sorry, there’s no news on the i4 unlock for those who lost 01.59 (or never had it). It’s taking longer than we wanted

Musclenerd replied that their still exist a crash for iPhone 3G, 3GS but that cannot be used in iPhone 4. When user asked that why did they announce that you found a crash for new baseband on iphone4 when you actually haven’t.
@bh8ti the crashes still exist (and in fact can be used on the 3G/3GS). Using these particular ones on the i4 is the issue
We never thought that unlocking iPhone will become a tough challenge at least for Dev Teams but it seems Apple has taken over the team. The team is trying to find it and we just pray that they soon find one and keep us updated with the correct information.
The hopes are still alive and surely there must be some holes which any brain anytime can trigger to unlock iPhone 4, of course Dev Team is not the end. We will keep you updated and provide all information as it comes in.
